- The product has exceeded the warranty period stated on the Warranty card/sealing stamp or lost the Warranty Card.
- For products that cannot be identified as a purchase at https://mee.com.vn, we have the right to refuse warranty in the following cases.
- No bills
- Warranty seal is torn, broken, or modified.
- Warranty card does not specify the Serial number and date of purchase.
- The product serial number and the Warranty Card do not match or – cannot be determined for any reason.
- The product is damaged due to improper use according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- The product is damaged by mechanical impact of dropping, breaking, impact, scratches, dents, damp, rust, water absorption.
- The product shows signs of damage caused by rats or insects or by fire or natural disaster.
- Arbitrarily dismantling, repairing by individuals or technicians not authorized by https://mee.com.vn
