We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not clear or are not responsible for delays or missing of delivery due to inaccurate or unclear information from the your side.
- Methods and Delivery Costs
Delivery methods and cost can vary depending on location and types of products as follows:
a) Pick up: Customer can come to receive goods directly at MEE.
b) Direct delivery: Our company can deliver directly to the customer's requested address using the company transport vehicle. Delivery costs will be stated in the order summary or purchase contract.
c) Customers can choose from third-party courier. Delivery costs depends on the courier specified the customer chosen. MEE Company is responsible for handling the order to the courier.
- Packing and Delivery
MEE company will inspect, and pack goods before shipping according to the manufacturer's standards.
In the case of special packaging (wood packaging) for shipping, it will charge according to the contract, delivery records, and related documents.
- Receive and Inspection
The forwarder will contact customers in advance to arrange the time and place specifically to deliver the products
Please inspect the goods upon receipt to check if there are any problems related to the type of product, designs, quality, quantity, that is not consistent with the contract and notify us immediately to coordinate handling.
If there is no problem, please receive the goods and sign the delivery bill and payment according to the agreement of orders and contracts.
- Responsibilities with shipping goods.
If the delivery service is carried out by MEE, we will be responsible for the products and risks such as loss and damage of products during transportation
After the customer have signed for the products without reporting any issue, we are not responsible for any complaints or request due to damage, scratches, breakage, and wrong products that later arises.
If a third-party courier is designated by the customer carry out the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the risks such as loss and damage of products during transportation. The customer will be responsible for related charges and losses.
- Product installation service
In some cases, MEE companies will conduct installation, inspection, and technical support services under the specific contract with the customer.
